Etrich

From Wings of Linen

Igor Etrich held the original patent on the iconic Taube (Dove) monoplane seen in many pre-war and 1914 photographs. German courts nullified the patent, which allowed Taube aircraft to be built by many of the early manufacturers. The Etrich A.I and A.II trainers were used before the war and were still flying as late as 1917.
